Preparation: The healthiest and rich in aroma and flavor products of our contracted producers, which we meticulously control in the field and garden, are taken to cold storage warehouses that are compatible with the storage conditions after passing quality controls at the goods acceptance. Healthy products are selected and classified. Afterwards, the garlic cloves are separated into cloves and the skins are blown away by holding them in the air flow. The garlic cloves are sliced and placed on drying trays and dried in our special drying cabinets. Since we carry out the drying process at low temperature, the aroma and flavor are as good as fresh. After the dried garlic is subjected to quality control, a selection process is carried out. After the selection process, untouched packaging is carried out under hygienic conditions. Packaged products are shipped under suitable conditions
Dehydrated garlic flakes are available for sale as granules 1-3mm, 1-5 mm, fine granules 0.5-1 mm.
