Healthy products are selected and classified. After the classification process, they are taken to the air conditioning room and subjected to peeling and slicing. Sliced onions are placed on drying trays and dried in our special drying cabinets. Since we carry out the drying process at low temperature, the aroma and flavor are as good as fresh. After the dried vegetables pass the quality control, they are selected. After the selection process, untouched packaging is carried out under hygienic conditions. Packaged products are shipped under suitable conditions.
Dehydrated onions are sold in the form of flakes, granules 1.3 mm-1.5 mm, onion powder 0.5 mm.
